By becoming a seller on TicodeMW, you agree to follow this Seller Agreement, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all applicable marketplace rules.
TicodeMW provides a platform where creators can upload, promote, and sell digital products to customers worldwide.
Products may include:
Source code
Mobile applications
Website templates
Plugins
Scripts
UI designs
Graphics
Software tools
Other digital assets
TicodeMW provides the marketplace infrastructure, payment processing support, and customer access, while sellers remain responsible for the products they publish.
To become a seller on TicodeMW, you must:
Create a valid seller account
Provide accurate personal or business information
Provide valid payment details
Maintain accurate product information
Comply with all platform policies
Sellers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and protecting their login credentials.
Sellers must have the legal right and authority to sell the products they upload.
By uploading a product, you confirm that:
You own the product or have permission to distribute it
The product does not violate third-party rights
The product does not contain stolen, copied, or unauthorized materials
The product complies with applicable laws and regulations
All products submitted to TicodeMW must meet quality standards.
Sellers must provide:
Accurate product titles
Detailed descriptions
Clear screenshots or previews
Installation instructions where necessary
Product documentation
Compatibility information
Version information
Products must be functional, secure, and accurately represented.
TicodeMW reserves the right to review submitted products before making them available for sale.
Products may be rejected or removed if they:
Contain malicious code
Violate intellectual property rights
Are misleading or incomplete
Do not meet quality standards
Contain illegal or prohibited content
Product approval does not mean TicodeMW guarantees the product will meet every customer's requirements.
Sellers retain ownership of their original digital products.
By uploading products to TicodeMW, sellers grant TicodeMW a non-exclusive right to:
Display products on the marketplace
Promote products through marketing channels
Create product previews
Process customer purchases
Provide customers access to purchased products
This permission allows TicodeMW to operate and promote the marketplace effectively.
Sellers are responsible for defining appropriate usage rights for their products.
Unless otherwise stated, buyers receive a limited license to use purchased products according to the product license terms.
Sellers must not grant customers rights that conflict with TicodeMW policies.
Sellers agree to:
Maintain product quality
Provide accurate descriptions
Update products when necessary
Fix serious product issues
Respond professionally to customer inquiries
Provide reasonable customer support
Sellers must not:
Upload harmful files
Misrepresent products
Manipulate reviews or ratings
Encourage customers to bypass TicodeMW
Share customer information without permission
Sellers are responsible for providing support related to their products.
Support may include:
Installation assistance
Configuration guidance
Bug fixes
Product updates
Usage clarification
TicodeMW may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for providing technical support for every product.
Sellers may earn revenue from approved product sales according to the commission structure established by TicodeMW.
Payments are subject to:
Successful customer transactions
Payment provider processing
Fraud and security checks
Applicable fees or commissions
TicodeMW may delay payments where suspicious activity, disputes, or policy violations are identified.
Sellers are responsible for understanding and managing any taxes, reporting requirements, or legal obligations related to their earnings.
TicodeMW may provide transaction records to sellers for their financial management purposes.
Sellers must not:
Upload copyrighted materials without permission
Sell products containing malware or harmful code
Upload products created using stolen assets
Create fake reviews or sales
Manipulate marketplace rankings
Circumvent platform payment systems
Sell illegal products or services
Violation of these rules may result in product removal, account suspension, or termination.
TicodeMW may remove products or suspend seller accounts if:
Products violate marketplace policies
Customers report serious issues
Intellectual property complaints are received
Sellers engage in fraudulent activities
Sellers repeatedly provide poor-quality products
Sellers must protect customer information received through TicodeMW.
Customer information may only be used for purposes related to:
Product support
Order assistance
Legitimate marketplace communication
Sellers must not use customer data for unauthorized marketing or external purposes.
TicodeMW may update this Seller Agreement to improve marketplace operations, security, and user experience.
Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the seller platform means acceptance of updated terms.
Sellers may request account closure at any time.
TicodeMW may terminate seller accounts that violate this agreement or create risks for customers or the marketplace.
Termination does not remove obligations related to previous transactions, licenses, disputes, or legal responsibilities.
